You do NOT have to be a licensed or ordained pastor to serve as a life coach.
You do NOT have to be experienced in sports at a professional level.
You do NOT have to have a son / daughter on the team you sponsor.
You do NOT have to attend all of their practices / training sessions / etc.

What responsibilities does a Gameday Life Coach / sports chaplain have?
Where and when do I serve?
You serve where you are already present. As a dad, coach, or fan, you are already attending and supporting players during their practices and competitions. Find a time each travel session for a devotion. Coordinate with the team manager and coach. We have found most coaches to be receptive to an arrival time 15 minutes before warms ups for a short devotion and prayer time. In addition to the devotion time, we encourage and support you in scheduling regular check-ins with each player / family / coach as time permits.
