What is a GameDay Regional Coordinator?

GameDay Regional Coordinators will be responsible for recruiting, training, and deploying life coaches within their region.

Gameplan for each Regional Coordinator

• Develop a network of people from which we recruit, train, equip, deploy life coaches to serve as chaplains for individual teams
• Maintain regular contact with life coaches to encourage, equip, update, strategize, and motivate
• Provide resources to life coaches to utilize for gameday devotions, events, circumstances
• Serve as a life coach for an individual team / organization
• Help organize GameDay events in your region
• Communicate with GameDay Head Coach monthly

Who can serve as a Gameday Regional Coordinator?

Every Gameday Coordinator must be…

• A professing Christ-follower who believes in Jesus alone for salvation
• Someone who maintains a lifestyle of integrity in both his professional, home, and sports life
• Enthusiastic about seeing the gospel permeate the lives of those involved in the sponsored team
• Responsible and dedicated to developing leaders to influence sports teams

You do not …

• You do not have to be a licensed or ordained pastor to serve as a life coach.
• You do not have to have been involved in sports at a professional level.
• You do not have to have a son / daughter on the team you sponsor.
• You do not have to attend all their practices / training sessions / etc.
